Terms and Conditions
- Color-holders acknowledge and agree that the BCC (or, as applicable, its licensors, and/or Affiliates) owns all legal rights, title and interest in and to the Art and/or pixels, and all intellectual property rights therein until a completed blockchain purchase. The rights that you have in and to the Art and/or pixels are limited to those expressly stated. Color-holders own their color in single-pixel form, thanks to the Ethereum network's smart contract. This, by definition, denotes an individual's or entity's formal possession of the hue mentioned above. However, color ownership of a single-pixel does not transfer to multi-pixel images. As a result, any and all accusations of third-party copyright infringement are dismissed.
- The BCC makes no promises or guarantees about the security of the Colors in the Color-Holders wallet on the internet for any specific period of time; Colors have been placed on the Ethereum network, allowing individuals/entities to store, sell or trade as they please. But the safety and security of the Colors in a Color-Holders wallet are entirely entrusted to the user. The BCC is not responsible for the loss or theft of a Color-Holders Color once it has been placed in his/her/their private wallet.
- There are risks associated with using internet-native assets (e.g., non-fungible tokens, cryptocurrencies, etc.) including, but not limited to, the risk of hardware, software, and internet connections and/or failures, the risk of malicious software introduction, and the risk that third parties may obtain unauthorized access to information stored within your Color-Holders wallet, and the BCC will not be responsible for any of these, however, caused.
